The remain part of building in the enclosure around the Bakong temple ruins, Angkor, Siem Reap, Cambodia. The temple is part of the Roluos group, that include three temples, Bakong, Praeh Ko e Lolei. It built in late 9th century and was the first temple mountain of sandstone built under the rule of Khmer empire. The structure of Bakong took shape of stepped pyramid. |
