One Stone Orthodox Church is placed in the top of the hill between the villages Fantanele and Varf in The Buzau County. The church is built with the stone extracted from the stone quarry situated 50 meters away. The uniqueness of this church is given by the iconostasis sculpted in limestone. The icons of the church porch are also impressive that were made as low relief from ceramics painted in Byzantine style.
