| A dairy farm in Arizona/USA: Only a little part of the forage area is visible in the picture; a road (foreground) is used to distribute forage. Because of the mild climate - no freezing temperatures even in winter - stables are unnecessary; instead roofs with huge fans are used to give shadow and bring some cooling.
