This is an early Spring picture of a piece of public art titled: Trunnion II, on display at the Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park located in Skokie, Illinois in Cook County. This piece was created by Dale Graham whose sculptures expressing principles governing the creation of structures and bridges. This brushed aluminum sculpture features a Trunnion, a cylindrical pin likethat on a cannon that forms the axis on which it pivots. This picture was taken on April 5, 2018.
