Above Burnley in Lancashire. It is called the Singing Ringing Tree`, a sculpture by Award Winning Architects Tonkin Lui,and it is a unique modern, 21st Century musical sculpture and stands over 20 feet tall. When the wind blows across the pipes it makes a musical sound which can be quite eerie at times.
