| Antonio Berni, an Argentinian artist painted this work, `Landru in the Hotel Paris,` in 1932.  The Venue of the show is the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on November 11, 2021.  The exhibition, `Surrealism Beyond Borders,` displays how surrealism was not limited to Europe in the 1920s, but rather spanned the globe for many decades.  Visitors to the museum showed proof of vaccination against Covid-19 and wore masks. |
