| Ticha Dam is the seventh largest in the country. It is located in Northeastern Bulgaria, next to Veliki Preslav. The height of the wall is 55.50 m. Its circumference is over 100 km, which makes it the largest dam circumference in Bulgaria. Various types of fish can be caught in the dam. The record of Ticha, and also of Bulgaria, for fishing with a fishing rod is 112 kg of catfish with a length of 254 cm. It is rich in babushka, whitefish, carp, mullet, perch, sunfish, catfish, uklei, carp and redfin. |
