Colorful entrance porch from the seventeenth century, in 1664, which is decorated with two lions and a vase. This portal is from the demolished Stins [manor] Elgersmastate, Elgersma state. Owner of this church building is now the Stichting Alde Fryske Tsjerken [old Friesian churches], who want to keep religious heritage conservation. This building is a landmark, national monument, cultural heritage site and tourist attraction. |
