Kitt was playing the role of Shaleem-La-Lume in the musical, `Timbuktu!`. The play, a re-setting of the musical Kismet, trakes plays in Mali, West Africa, in 1361, and shows off lavish, opulent costumes. Kitt died at 81 on Christmas Day, 2008 |
