Pictured is a bronze sculpture titled `The Seed Sower` by sculptor in Residence Paul Moore on the University of Oklahoma campus in Norman. The life-size sculpture is atop a five foot pedestal. It was installed in 2000 at the beginning of the new millennium. The face of the Sower which is taken from the University`s seal, is that of David Ross Boyd, the University`s first president. The metal tablet was originally placed in 1950 marking the 60th anniversary of the University of Oklahoma.
