Built in 1784-1785. Sometimes it is called `Lackey`s house` or `Octagon` in the form of the layout. In the plan, the building is a regular octagon; in the center of the plan a large round hall, around which there are 16 rooms, half of them large square rooms, the rest-small adjacent triangular. The four main facades of the house are oriented to the cardinal directions and are decorated with elegant porticos, which end with fantastic Gables-kokoshnikami with openwork white stone decor. The columns of the porticos, built of brick with white stone inserts, look elegant and airy; the decoration of the pediments with compositions of stars, shamrocks and rays, probably contains a hint of Masonic symbolism. Gables oriented to the North and South differ from the Western and Eastern ones in the pattern.
