| Semper Opera House in Dresden is considered to be a classic example of Baroque architecture. It is located in the center of Dresden, on the banks of the Elbe. At the top of the entrance portal is a sculptural composition in the form of a chariot-quadriga of Dionysus and Ariadne, harnessed to the divine chariot Panthers. Sculptor Johannes Schilling. |
