| The Atlantic breakers roll in, on a bleak day of low cloud, at Sandwood bay in the far northwest of Scotland. One of the most beautiful places I have visited, and Ive been right round the Uk coastline. In the distance is the sea stack, Am Buachaille, which means the shepherd, stands stark against the Atlantic breakers. This area is remote, and reputed to be haunted, and is reached by a four mile hike over wild moorlands. Visit here! |
