| Two of the three towers of the Trikule (or Tricule) medieval citadel on the Danube, near Svinita, Romania. The ensemble of Trikule Citadel was flooded following the arrangement of the Portile de Fier 1 artificial lake. On the water surface, two towers can be noticed, the foundation of the third being visible only during the times when the level of Danube waters is low. |
