| The `Dallas Strong` mural by Josh Mittag and Theo Ponchavelli was painted on the side of the new Maverick`s Practice facility across I-35 from the American Airlines Center. It celebrates NBA future hall of famer, Dirk Nowitzki, a power forward who has been a Dallas Maverick for 20 years. It also honors the five Dallas police officers who died July 8th from a sniper`s bullets as they guarded a Black Live`s Matter Protest march. |
