| The Ramet Monastery is an orthodox monastery in the Ramet Commune, in Alba County, founded in the 13th century. This historical monument, convent of nuns, also called the Cathedral of the Apuseni Mountains, is located 34 km from Alba-Iulia and 18 km from Teius, on the Geoagiului and "Monastery" Valley, at the entrance to the Rametului Gorges in the Trascau Mountains. |
