The Greyfriars Abbey or GrÃÂ¥brÃÂ¶draklostret in Swedish Ystad is a medieval former friary. Together with Vadstena Abbey, it is one of the most well-preserved medieval monasteries in Sweden. Today it houses the church of St. Peter or St. Petri kyrka and the Museum of the cultural history of Ystad.
