Pictured is the General Galusha Pennypacker Memorial by Albert Laessle, Logan Square, Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At age sixteen he joined the Pennsylvania Volunteers in the Civil War. He became a general at age 22, the youngest general to serve in the civil war. The currently unoccupied Philadelphia Family Court Building in the background is a historic building registered under National Park Service`s National Register of Historic Places. In 2014, the Philadelphia Family Court moved to a new location on Arch Street.
