| Frozen water of Changu Lake during winter. One of the major attractions of East Sikkim is the widespread lake of Tsongo or Changu. It reflects different color during every different season. The lake is almost at a distance of over 45 kms from the city of Gangtok. During winter it freezes and the temperature falls below zero. The best time to visit is between March and April. |
