Banks a slugger with 512 lifetime home runs, known as ââ¬ÅMr. Cubââ¬Â and ââ¬ÅMr. Sunshine,ââ¬Â played his entire 19-year big league career with the Chicago Cubs. An 11-time All-Star, 2-time MVP, and Golden Glove winning shortstop, Banks died 8 days before his 84th birthday, in Chicago, on January 23, 2015 |
