There where during the second World War the railway to Durchgangslager Westerbork finished, the queen at that time, Queen Juliana of the Netherlands, has unveiled this monument, existing of a 40 meters long railway and an upwards bent rail. From this camp much people, like Jews, Gypsy and others, has been transported in cattle wagons to Germany. |
