The PietààÃâàÃâÃâàÃâÃâÃâàÃâÃâÃâÃâàBandini, or Duomo / Opera del Duomo, is a marble sculpture h. 226 cm by Michelangelo Buonarroti, datable to around 1547-1555 and kept in the Museo dell`Opera del Duomo in Florence. It is one of the last sculptures produced by the artist and in the figure of Nicodemus it is thought that he inserted his own self-portrait. |
