Bhutanese people in traditional clothes are attending the birth anniversary ceremony of the 4th King at the Punakha Dzong, Punakha, Bhutan. The Dzong was built in 1637-38 by Ngawang Namgyal, 1st Zabdrung Rimpoche. The Dzong is the second oldest and second largest dzong in Bhutan.
