Buddhist monks in traditional robes and bhutanese people in traditional clothes are paying tribute during the birth anniversary ceremony of the 4th King at the Punakha Dzong, Punakha, Bhutan. The Dzong was built in 1637-38 by Ngawang Namgyal, 1st Zabdrung Rimpoche. The Dzong is the second oldest and second largest dzong in Bhutan.
