The Brandenburg Gate is 26 m high, 65.5 m wide and the depth of 11 m. It was built in an early -classic style of sandstone. It was shaped like the propylei of the Athenian Acropolis. There are five journeys in the gate, of which the middle is slightly wider than others and two outbuildings. On both sides of the gate there are six columns with a height of 15 meters in the Doric style with Ionian groove. The column bases have a diameter of 1.75 m. Attica and pillars dividing the journeys are covered with reliefs, which present, among others Hercules' deeds. There are large statues in the outbuildings depicting Mars, hiding the vagina sword and the goddess of Minerva with the lance.
