| The serene scene of Brancaster Staithe at low tide in early summer exudes a sense of peacefulness and tranquillity. The Staithe was first built in 1750 and the fishermen had to offload their catch onto a muddy bank via small dinghies. In 2007 funding was granted for a new quay, as we see here, with access to the sea via Mow Creek. |
