| Black Point gives a beautiful view of Hells Canyon/Snake River just south of Hells Canyon Dam on the Idaho side. Here you are looking north towards dam. There are bright blue skies with wispy clouds. Hells Canyon in is the deepest canyon in North America. It runs along the eastern boarders of Oregon and Washington and the western boarder of Idaho. The Snake River runs through this canyon. Idaho Power is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the three 3 dams that are in this area. |
