Peka cooking is a traditional Croatian gourmet food way of preparing food such as lamb,veil,turkey, calamari,octopus, ecc. with potatoes and veggies. The peka is a cast iron bell-shaped pot and lid and forms an outdoor oven. When the fire forms hot enough coal, the coal is shoveled on top and around the peka pot.
