It boasts 1,200 rooms, 1,742 windows, and extends over 47,000 square meters, with an immense 120-hectare park. Inspired by Versailles, the Palace has a rectangular plan with four internal courtyards and a spectacular Grand Staircase leading to the Royal Apartments, the Palatine Chapel, and the Court Theater, as well as a park with fountains and a 75-meter-high artificial waterfall. |
