Image of a section of what is known as a Moonstone at Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. This Moonstone is one of two in Sri Lanka that is recognised as the most artistic. This is a unique creation of Sri Lanka sculptors and can be seen at the foot of the steps leading to ancient temples and palaces. It symbolizes samsara leading to nirvana.
