Newly elected Israeli prime minister Yitzhak Rabin makes an address in Beit Hanassi, Jerusalem, on the occasion of his government being presented to President Chaim Herzog, center, on July 14, 1992. On the right is Amnon Rubinstein, Minister of Communications. This is the official residence of the President and is known as well, for its stunning works of art. Behind Rabin is part of the 6 meters tall stained glass tryptich by artist Reuven Rubin.
