| In the foreground is a fun little donut, coffee and snack shop, while in the background two beautiful totem poles mark the front entrance of the Icy Strait Point Huna Tlinget Cultural Center Theater as the cables for the longest zipline in North America runs just above near Hoonah, Alaska on Chichagof Island. The theater is a replica of a traditional Huna community house, where extended families would gather and live. Icy Strait Point itself is owned by local native Huna Tlingit tribe members, and Hoonah is the largest Tlingit community in the Pacific Northwest. |
