Margarita island is formed by two islands, joined together through La Restinga, a beautiful national park, located at only 10 minutes from the Ferry terminal in Punta Piedras and at 15 minutes from the airport. La Restinga beach is 22 kilometers 15 miles long. It has waves and the sand is thick. You can rent shades and chairs. You will also find a couple of restaurants. |
