Daulatabad Fort, also known as Devagiri or Deogiri, is a historical fortified citadel located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. It was the capital of the Yadava dynasty & x28;9th centuryââ¬â14th century CE& x29;, for a brief time the capital of the Delhi Sultanate & x28;1327ââ¬â1334& x29;, and later a secondary capital of the Ahmadnagar Sultanate & x28;1499ââ¬â1636& x29;. |
