The Korenbeurs in the dutch city of Groningen is a striking building on the west side of the Fish Market. It belongs to the Top 100 of Dutch UNESCO monuments. This building, with its striking neoclassical facade, was built between 1862 and 1865, replacing two smaller exhibition buildings. The building has been in service until the eighties for grain exchange, while now there is a supermarket located in. |
