Cleopatras Needle is the popular name for the Ancient Egyptian obelisks re-erected in London, during the nineteenth century. It has two bronze sphinx sculpture at itââ¬â¢s feet and the needle is made of red granite and stand about 21 metres (69 ft) high. It is located in the London City of Westminster, on the Victoria Embankment near the Golden Jubilee Bridges. |
