| A duck swims in the green foliage growing abundantly in this marshy water near the village of Sankt Ulrich am Pillersee, near the town of Zell and See, Austria in the Austrian Alps. Not far from here is the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, in the Hohe Tauern National Park, leading to the highest mountain in Austria, the Grossglockner with an elevation of 3,798 meters. The road leads to a unique world of mountains with blossoming alpine meadows where sheep and cows graze in serene beauty, of forests and massive cliffs, and to quiet wetlands where ducks find peace. |
