This is a Winter picture of the iconic York Gristmill on the Wolf Run River located in Pall Mall, Tennessee in Fentress County. This two-story red framed gristmill was built by James Conley and William Rankin In 1880. Alvin York, of World War I came, purchased the mill in 1940 and operated it until the 1950’s. This picture was taken on January 24, 2019.
