| The city of Korolev is located to the North-East of Moscow, 23 km from the center and 6-7 km from the Moscow ring road on the Yaroslavl highway.
Yaroslavl highway is the Western border of Korolev excluding the Straight-line area. From the South to the city adjoins the national Park `elk Island`, and from the North and East-holiday villages. The Klyazma river flows in the city, as well as many small rivers in the part of elk Island. Forests in the city occupy an area of 3800 hectares. Also within the city there is a part of the tract `yauz water-logging complex`. |
