The Central Plains Buddha is located at the Yao Shan Buddhist temple in Lushan Mountain County, Pingdingshan City, Henan province. It is the highest Buddhist statue in the world. It was designed and made by master Lin Shengbiao, Putian Xingsheng technology, national intangible cultural heritage skill inheritor and vice president of Fujian arts and Crafts Association, vice president of the arts and Crafts Association of Fujian Province in 1997. The Buddha is 208 meters tall, 108 meters tall, 20 meters tall, and 25 meters high, and 55 meters high.
