| 23.International Golden Karagöz Folk Dance Competition activity was carried out successfully this year between July 7-12 by the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality. Competition was held for the first time in 1987 as a result of 25 Years of experience as a festival. Today, Golden Karagöz Folk Dance Competition is accepted as the worlds most important folk dance organisation. Each year, 22 countries may participate in the competition. from among the applicants after a pre-assessment result. Turkey does not take its place as the competitor with a decision taken by host country. Georgia team has received the award of this year with a great show. |
