| Typha, or Wld Cattail or Bulrush, are common wetlands plants of the Northern Hemisphere. It is known the Europeans used it as a food source at least 30,000 years ago.
Ancient peoples around the world have also used it, in fact still use it for everything from building materials; papers; building and clothing insulations and tinder for starting fires.
It is so versatile, during WW2, even the US military used it. |
