| White Cypress Pine is generally referred to in the industry simply as Cypress. Its properties relate more closely with those of a hardwood than a conifer. The largest areas of forest containing Cypress are found through western New South Wales and into Southern Queensland. It is extremely hardy, surviving poor soil conditions and low rainfall. The tree only grows to a medium size which reflects the conditions in which it grows. It is commonly utilised for a broad range of both feature and structural applications, utilising its versatile properties. |
