| I really enjoy photographing the city at night, capturing the bright lights and vibrant colours. When the Wahaca pop-up restaurant turned up on the Thames Southbank almost overnight I headed straight down there with my camera...Crafted out of eight recycled shipping containers, a neon caravan and a lot of fluorescent lighting, the food and people-watching is nearly as good as the photo |
