| The Village of Piodao, located in the center of the country in the slopes of the Acor Mountain, is classified as an Historical Village of Portugal. Typical houses are made of schist and slate. also used in the roofs and street pavements. In contrast to the dark colours of the houses, the local church of Nossa Senhora da Conceicao is painted in an immaculate white. |
