TVER, RUSSIA, JULY, 19.2017: Fragment of the Victory Obelisk in Tver city, devoted for the fallen soldiers of the World War II.

The Obelisk is a 45 meters high rectangular column decorated with eight bas-reliefs, of 4 by 6 meters with stories about the heroes of the front and rear of the great Patriotic war. The Victory Obelisk was opened in Tver on December 16, 1970, the date of the 29th anniversary of the liberation of the city from German-fascist invaders.
