| The four-leaf clover is an abnormal palm-folded leaf of clover Trifolium, which, in addition to a triple leaf, has one extra leaf, or four separate leaves. Four-leaf clovers appear in the clover population at a ratio of about 1: 10,000. In addition to the four-leaf clover, there are other anomalies such as a five leaf or six leaf, but these are even rarer. The world record with 56 leafs is held by Shigeo Obara from Japan. |
