This was the scene Monday, March 27, 2017 in the small town of Tecumseh, Oklahoma. American flags and citizens lined the street awaiting arrival of the body of Officer Justin Terney, a new recruit of the Tecumseh Police Department. Officer Terney was 22 years old and graduated the police academy in 2016. Terney was shot several times during a routine traffic stop the night before and died the following morning. He was already known by many in Tecumseh and did an outstanding job during his short time with the Tecumseh Police Department. Oklahoma, unfortunately, has seen it`s share of devastation and once again pull together during this tragic time in honor of Officer Terney. Gone but never forgotten.
