Tomato mutton curry is cooked along with onions and mutton. Tamatar mutton curry is a delectable dish, which is cooked in a tomato based gravy and seasoned to perfection with a melange of aromatic spices. to prepare: mutton 500gmonion 3tomatoes 1kgcooking oil 5 tablespoonginger garlic paste 2 tablespoonRed chilli powder 2 tablespoonsalt 1 tspnturmeric powder ½ a tspncoriander leavesgreen chilli 3-4, clean the Mutton . Add Salt and Ginger garlic paste to it. Mix well and let it few minutes.heat oil . Saute onions until lightly brown, now add all the ingredients, saute til the raw smell disappears. add tomatoes and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. add the Mutton. get it roasted on low heat, now add green chillies and coriander leaves. mix well and add 2 cups of water. Pressure cook on high heat. open the lid of the cooker. add chopped methi. mix and simmer on low heat for about five minutes. Garnish with Garam Masala and chopped coriander leaves. salt to taste.
