Dallas, TX 2016, April: Tibetan Buddhist Monks spent a week in residence painstakingly creating a colorful sand mandala. The mandala is then ceremonially destroyed to demonstrate the impermanence of our existence. An altar with a photo of the Dalai Lama was erected in the room. |
